Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation by donor

Customers may cancel their donation or registrations within 72 hours of donate. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at contact@athenacademy.co.in with your donation details.

Cancellations made after 72 hours of donation may not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Cancellation by Athens Academy

Athens Academy reserves the right to cancel any order or registration due to unforeseen circumstances or errors in the processing of your donation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations as described in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

2.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the donation. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

2.4 Refund Processing Time

The time it takes to process a refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Athens Academy is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
